SOJO began with Jeremy and Soumya, who are high school sweethearts and truly value the concept of “building a dream home”. From what started off as going to open houses and touring new build construction sites as date nights, to then experiencing the challenges of being a first time home buyer and remodeling our first property in 2015, we started this company knowing that we wanted to help others have a positive experience in the real estate and renovations industry.

However the dream of starting this company began after experiencing first hand the challenges of being a first-time, first-generation home buyer and executing his first home’s full remodel and renovations. Knowing that realty and renovations go hand in hand, Jojo and his wife began this company to provide clients with a one-stop-shop for all their dream home needs.
