Our Story
From a first remodel to a full-service team.
SOJO began with Jermin and Soumya Jojo, high school sweethearts whose date nights included open houses and new construction sites.
After experiencing the challenges of buying and remodeling their first property in 2015, they built SOJO to help other families have a clearer, more positive experience in real estate and construction.
Today, SOJO combines local market knowledge, an insured and bonded in-house construction team, strong vendor relationships, and client advocacy under one roof.
